Living Room

A spacious well appointed living room with 1 three seater and 1 two seater settee and a queen size sofa bed A large flat screen HDTV, digital cable and DVD player with DVD'S and HI-FI with some CDs and PlayStation 2 games console. There is also hi-speed WiFi internet. The living room also has patio doors leading out to a good sized deck and pool area.

Master Bedroom

An oversize bed with sumptuous covers and a map to get from one side of the bed to the other! Bedside cabinets and a large dresser in cherrywood, shaker style. There is a radio/alarm, stereo tv and telephone for your convenience. This room has lots of space and would even take two cots. Large ensuite and walk-in closet lead off this room.

Bedroom 2

This room has a large queen size sleigh bed with matching bedside cabinets in a room that also offers a large built in wardrobe, TV and overlooks the swimming pool.

Bedroom 3

A good sized room with matching Stars and Stripes bedding , a twin bed , a full size bed with a twin bunk bed above and two bedside cabinets , T.V. It offers a large built in wardrobe and a view of the pool.

Kitchen, Dining Room & Extras

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, self cleaning oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board and a full range of kitchen utensils.

The house is fully equipped with the following:-

  • Large screened pool and sundeck, with alarms fitted to all doors and windows overlooking the pool. All new furnishings.
  • Ceramic floor in all areas except bedrooms
  • Washing machine and dryer in garage
  • phone in lounge and master bedroom, free local calls
  • cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi in lounge
  • master bedroom with cable TV
  • ensuite with hairdryer
  • guest bedroom with cable TV,
  • guest bathroom with hairdryer
  • towels/facecloths are provided for use within the house but please bring your own beach/lounger towels.

      • The house is fully air conditioned and is within walking distance of communal pool, kids play area, tennis courts and bbq area.

Pool Area

The pool measures 24ft x 12ft and was resurfaced in 2020 , surrounded by a large sundeck with sunloungers, there is also a covered patio area with table and chairs.

The pool is in a mesh enclosure and has a pool light within and a light over the deck so you can enjoy the Florida evenings.

The villa also has a LARGE garden. Many other villas do not. The garden can also be accessed from the pool enclosure.
