Rates
To confirm a booking we require a deposit of £200 / $300 along with a completed booking form. The deposit is also used as the security deposit and is returned to you after your stay. Final balance due 12 weeks prior to your holiday.
£570 per week all year round
Pool Heating - £90 per week
Cleaning charge - £95 per stay ( enhanced Covid-19 cleaning )

Please use the form to contact us to check on availability. Once the date has been confirmed, we will contact you with payment details and any further information you might need. We will also send details regarding making a deposit of £200 / $300 to fully confirm your booking. should you cancel your holiday before the final balance is paid then the deposit will be retained

Terms and Conditions
- Checking in tims is 4.00PM or later on day of arrival. Guests may arrange to arrive earlier if the house is empty.
- Checking out time is 10.00AM on day of departure, again guests may arrange to depart later if there are no other guests.
- A booking form fee/security deposit is required to confirm the booking and the full balance required no later than 12 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
- Cancellation - we recommend that you take out holiday insurance should you need to cancel. In this case the deposit is non refundable and half the balance payable if you cancel less than:
- 9-12 weeks prior - 50% total is payable
- 6-9 weeks prior - 75% total is payable
- Less than 6 weeks - Full balance payable.
- The security deposit is refundable on your return home once the management company have inspected the house.
- After payment of the final balance you will receive directions to the house and be given a code for the front door ( keyless entry )
- Guests arriving during period October to April and wanting to use the pool may require it to be heated, there is a small extra cost per week for this.
- Please note that the pool is used at the guests own risk and that children must be supervised at all times.
- No liability is accepted, or refunds given, for events which are “force majeure”. This include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, technical difficulties with transportation, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and / or other events outside our control. Please also ensure that your travel provider and / or insurers offer cover against disrupted or cancelled travel and holidays due to Covid-19
